Anderson previously served as the President and CEO of Legacy Senior Housing & Development, the Bank of Arizona, and Quality Care Solutions, Inc. He brings experience as the President and GM of El Dorado Investment Co, AZ and from First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo) as VP. He served Hawaiian Airlines and Hawaiian Holdings as part of the Corporate Governance Committee, at Sun Healthcare, Inc. as a BD, at Lead Out-Side as the Director and Chairman, as well as at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Dignity Health, NOT MY KID, and Ernst and Young’s West Audit Committee Network.
Canulla is a current member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the AZ chapter of the American College of Surgeons, and the Endocrine Society and American Trauma Society. He previously served on the American Board of Surgery and the State of Arizona Board of Medical Examiners, was a medical professional at the Associates of Arizona, the medical director at Complete Hospice Phoenix, and President and CEO of Medical Professional Associates of Arizona. He was also Maricopa Medical Center’s Department of Surgery Chairman and Program Director for Surgical Residency Training, Director of Trauma at Abrazo West Valley Hospital, and Chief of Medical Staff and the Director of Surgery at Dignity Health Westgate Hospital.
Canulla has a background in adult and adolescent psychiatry. She is the owner of Scottsdale Psychiatric Care and was previously a Psychiatrist at Westribdege Adolescent Hospital. She studied psychiatry at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Medicine.
Fowls background includes positions as the President and CEO of Schaller Anderson Behavioral Health, Inc, and Psychiatric Corporation of America (PCA), A Medical Group, Inc. He received his B.A., Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Highest Distinction in Major at Dartmouth College, Hanover, NewHampshire, and his Medical Doctorate at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC.
Hazin graduated from Monclair State University with a B.S. in biology and earned a D.O. from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Borhan studied biology at State University of New York at Albany. She studied neonatology and physiology at the University of Rochester for her graduate program and attended St. Georges University in Bay Shore, New York for her M.D.
Saunders attended Midwestern University for his B.S. in biology as well as his D.O. program.
